Care of the vineyard in an organic way pending certification. Harvested in boxes of 15kg and selection on the table at the entrance of the winery. It remains in French oak barrels for at least 18 months.
In the mouth it shows its elegance and nuances. Fresh and balanced with velvety tannins and great depth.
